"This is a great agency until I catch them practicing bad faith, I was an accident which I was not at fault and it was a hit and run. This agency by writing the code down on my record they purposely put me at fault to affect me negatively so they raise my rate and make it more expensive to go somewhere else so I can stay with them. I spoke with Mika and Dion instead of fixing the issue which they admitted is wrong, they are offering me a letter which the manager stated that it was something familiar which mean I am not the only customer they have done that to. This is obviously Bad faith and needs attention! Please fix it now"
